We offer a 90-day minimum stay to ensure stability, with the flexibility of a 90-day notice when it’s time for a new chapter.

Whether you’re staying with us for a season or longer, our all-inclusive accommodations provide everything you need in one easy package.

Our 13 newly renovated, private rooms come with all the comforts you need, including free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and all-inclusive utilities like heat, AC, and electricity.

Each resident has access to off-street parking, making it convenient and easy to settle in.

Our boarding house is also situated on the local bus route, ensuring easy access to the surrounding area.
